Restaurant COAST (Radisson Blu)

In the run of our Princess for one day tours, we have been to many many Frankfurt hotels. This is by far our favorite. Excellent rooms (I just wish we could open the windows to get some fresh air at night), super friendly staff and a restaurant with stuff ready to die for. Would I make a 30+ min detour just to dine/ stay (mandatory in my rating scheme to achieve 5 stars) I certainly would, and just did.

Loved this hotel! The sauna and pool were fantastic after a day out. The room service is a bit hit or miss 2x it just never arrived, it also wasn't charged to the room but kinda odd. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The view was nice, got some cool night shots using a tripod from my room.

Of all the years we've traveled to Frankfurt or in Europe, our stay at your hotel was by far the best experience we've had. This was mainly due to the staff. Everyone from reception desk, housekeeping to restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful, and they made us feel welcome every moment we were there. As a frequent traveler, it is wonderful to see a hotel that understands that customer service doesn't end once the guest is checked in, and that simple things like greeting guests in the hall way or in common area can make a difference in our travel experience. Furthermore, the facilities at the hotel were top notch, and we really enjoyed the comfort of staying at a well-designed and well-equipped hotel. I would definitely stay at Radisson Blu again when we return to Frankfurt.

I stay here regularly for business as it's conveniently close to our Frankfurt office. Rooms are not too small and beds are comfortable. Food in the restaurants is good as is the breakfast buffet in the mornings.

I cannot comment on the rooms here as i have never stayed at this hotel. I have however attended two conferences here and had meals here on a few occasions. The facilities here are really nice and well done up. There are plenty of open areas for mingling and lots of nice conference rooms for presentations. The staff are friendly and the food here is of good quality and tastes great. There is a huge parking garage which is quite expensive at €28 a day and there is limited number of street parking spots here. Location is also ok and relatively easy to get to. I like coming here and likely to be back here for another conference in the near future.
