La Famiglia - Frankfurt am Main

We called in here on our first night in Frankfurt as it was close to the hotel. We didn't book and the restaurant was very busy but, without any fuss, they directed us to a table in the bar area: we were lucky that they had the room but more lucky to have found La Famiglia. Welcoming, attentive, and friendly staff providing a great service. Good food (I had the Penne Quattro Formaggi, really good wines. I wish that this restaurant was my local. There was a good atmosphere in attractive, tasteful, modern surroundings. Too full for the desserts unfortunately but we were all more than satisfied with our meals.

Visited the place during a busy evening of fair customers. place was loud and full to capacity. service was efficient and friendly food served quick and prepared with good taste.

The Pasta at this place is the best I so far found in Frankfurt. I especially like the quarto formagi. The service however is not always great and gives room for improvement.

Had dinner here tonight, the staff was great switched to english as fast as we said excuse me. They where helpfull and really nice. The food was fantastic, I had a pizza and my man a spagetti carbonara, we wanted to eat it all but it was much food. Can recomend this restaurant!

Only dropped-in for a quick dinner as had passed the doorway on the way to my hotel. Very pleased with the quality of both food and wine, at pretty reasonable prices. The staff were helpful and courteous, showing a real interest and pride in their restaurant. Well done to you.
