The restaurant is located right between HBF and the Red light district and about 8 minutes walk from the financial district. Excellent authentic Chinese food with kind service. Got to brush up my Chinese as it was easier than to use my broken German. She did not speak any English. The restaurant is quite small so you'll have to reserve a table when arriving in a group. I liked the wide variety of Chinese dishes they... View all feedback.
What Hubert B doesn't like about China-Restaurant Wenzhou:
It looks like this restaurant is family-run, making this comment even more embarrassing to write. The lady running the restaurant did not seem to express herself properly in English or in German, so she asked her son to take the order. Her son was very nice, btw, but he did not know anything about the menu, which did not reflect accurately what one can eat. We therefore asked many questions, which seemed to annoy the... The homemade dumplings were delicious and we also order fried vermicelli, fish soup and spicy tofu. The service was really good and the food tasted really good. It's definitely a place that I would recommend if you are looking for authentic Chinese food in Frankfurt!
Small modest restaurant next to the main station no indication it's so good! The food was excellent: fresh, generous and so tasty. We had the chicken sichuan and hot and sour duck beyond our expectations. It's a family owned restaurant, the service was welcoming and the prices were affordable (7 8 euros for main course). Most recommended!
This was my first time there due to the positive reviews and I agree with them. Amazing food at great prices!! Massive portion sizes with super fast service.. You will wait around 5 min and your food is done... best place to eat.
I visited this restaurant looking for a simple meal. I was able to achieve this for a good price. I ordered 6 Vegetarian Spring Rolls and Pork Chop Suey, although the waitress insisted on translating this to No 7 and No12 . The dishes arrived promptly and in quick succession. The Spring Rolls were tasty and crisp. They were accompanied by sweet chili sauce. The chop suey was served with rice. The portions were good and the vegetables varied. The whole was a little bland but some soy (I had to ask) improved the offering. The service wasvfriendly and fast. The restaurant and bathrooms well presented and clean. The costs low. The place is just around the corner from the Frankfurt Main Station. Recommended.
