frankfurt from its traditional side! always full, for new guests slip the current piece together so that you come into conversation. for drinking the obligatory bembel äppler in the appropriate size, for food reel, handkerchiefs with music, frankfurter green sauce, etc. the wet is good yellow and always has a history in the warehouse. a visit to a real äpplwoistubb like the Dax is mandatory for Frankfurt visitors! What Tatjana Sauter doesn't like about Apfelwein Dax:
Came here to try the apfelwein and from our experience I would avoid it. I had ordered two apfelweins in german and went to the loo. On my return my partner was a little off. He told me that the waitress came down with two...menus and spoke in german. As he does not speak german he proceeded to say, sorry I don't speak german. The waitress then said that he should have had a sign on his forehead to say that he did no... View all feedback.
The hotel is located on the ground floor of a pension house, about min. to the foot of mühlberg S-Station. the surprise, which goes through the building, there is a garden. a small garden between houses. with a full local people. I think most visitors were the same apartment or close. so there must be a reason to have lunch, dinner or drink there. frankfurter schnitzel was very tasty and weizen was cold. I'm sorry, but we didn't like it. also it was strange that when we entered and asked if it was possible to pay with the card, we were answered. later the servant said it was not possible. we didn't understand the reason and if we offered different cards, then it became quite nervous. Finally, she said that the cards of the German banks can only be used. not a big thing (a cash machine is about to foot), so probably my German was too good when we summarize: if they want to experience something really and to visit a delicious food worth.
That is a good German food. the prizes are good with generous tellers. the service was pleasant.
My husband and I came here and the host told us we need a reservation. I don't care to be told, but the way and wise in which he delivered it was not very hospitable! in the moment we walked in you, the atmosphere could feel to be very rude.
A local guide recommended us to bite here, as it is a real and authentic frankfurter restaurant, they do not lie. we only play for lite bite lunch and ended up full with a beautiful hearty meal and drunk. special participation for the young lady who waited for us, could not better accommodate us and her English was excellent. there was a reason why the place was full of natives, please go here!
So the food is good quality and decent portion size. I had Schnitzel, fries, and salad, and they gave a cream soup in addition. I ate everything completely except the cream soup. It was enough to be completely full. Then he asks me what is...wrong with the soup? I say nothing I just don't know it that well. But the rest was fantastic, I say. Then he just shakes his head and walks off. I mean seriously. You treat your customers like that? Without customers, you have no business. Never again will I go there.
