reservation made and confirmed, but the restaurant has called hours before the reservation time that it was not open! we have no reservation for dinner at full hour View all feedback.
It was nice and the food was good. However, it was the waitress who really did the experience.
The service was terrible, they just wanted us to leave ASAP. The food was not good and very expensive for what it was. What a shame for our New Year's dinner.
The Alto Bar is very nice. Great ambience. Unfortunately, the staff was not concentrated. The focus was not on the guests. The dishes were long on the table. The food was partly cold. For the new year menu 49.00 per person I expected a lot more. I don't recommend the restaurant.
