I came there alone by chance (planned to do some Bar-crawling tour but missed it). Turned out they had some farewell party from one of the bartenders. The place was amazingly alive with complete strangers from all countries dancing inside. The only problem was that...they almost never let me pay for my drinks... View all feedback.
What Ignaz Schreiber doesn't like about Alten Limpurg:
The food was good and the set as well. Unfortunately there was a lady serving the tables on the exterior that was terrible! How can someone that works in a restaurant in a busy touristic area be so moody and unfriendly?! I do not like...to play the color card but I am wondering if that was not the issue. It is probably hard to get a restaurant with a more spectacular view in frankfurt. eating is nothing to write home, but the view, the beer and the service are great. the prices are in order when you look at them.
One of the many restaurants at the römerberg in the historical part of the city. and of course you have to rob the francfurter wurst during the visit in frankfurt. I guess that's one of the places it has to do. the prices are moderate and service. is good. we had a table in their outdoor seating area, with views of the square and enjoy the local street life.
We ate here two nights of our three-day stay in romer. great location, good eating and drinking and very friendly staff.
Beautiful small pub to taste the Frankfurter-specific food and wine. the flame-cake and apple wine are the best and not to miss when they visit francfurt.
We called in this little bar on a recent trip to Frankfurt. We ate here on two occasions and the food was excellent. Great beer and great food, what more could you ask for. Highly recommend.
