The salads at this fast food restaurant are absolutely amazing and worth trying.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! The staff is amazing as well. I was chatting with friends in the lobby when a kind gentleman (I couldn't see his name without my glasses, sorry) brought my to-go order to the table. That's exceptional service. The only reason I gave a rating of 4 (I wish there was a 4.7) was because 1) the app never works (not the restaurant's fault, by the way – it's a corporate issue) and 2) the prices have increased significantly and it's difficult to find coupons.

My family entered the restaurant and overheard two employees swearing in front of my child about being at work. One employee expressed frustration about being there since 9 am and just wanting to go home. She sighed and groaned as we stood in front of her, then dropped cups on the ground and put them back on the counter to be used. We decided to leave and drove 45 minutes to eat there. We will never be returning. This incident occurred around 8:40 pm on December 23, 2023. Please check your security cameras.

Don't listen to the yelp reviews, they are old. Ordered wings n things for dinner thru the drive thru. Window cashier was very friendly. Food was exactly as ordered and hot when I got home.

Drink machine sprayed HI-C orange syrup horizontally from the dispenser all over front of my work uniform while on lunch. Employees offered nothing in assistance other than visually inspecting the machine and the manager advised he could do nothing about it and returned to his office. A sad sentiment of customer service but an accurate reflection of the generation.
