Every entree was cooked perfectly. The baby back ribs literally fell off the bones and the haddock was excellent. The best meal I have had in the Utica area! Outstanding service also. View all feedback.
We never got a chance to try the food, we had 6:30 reservations, waited 11/2 hours for salad.... After 2 1/2 hours still no meals... we left and won't go back!

The Kitlas has a nice menu. There is Polish, American and Italian fair. Meals are reasonably priced and portion are healthy.
