Contribute FeedbackHotel Frankfort Restaurant offers a variety of menu options, with tasty peel and eat shrimp and well-poured drinks. Despite a loud initial ambiance, attentive and knowledgeable server Jennifer helped create an enjoyable atmosphere. The establishment's cleanliness, however, came into question when a customer found hair embedded in their food. Despite this, the sriracha chicken received positive feedback. With hopes that it was just an off day, returning customers have enjoyed the restaurant's holiday buffets in the past. The restaurant remains a strong choice for those looking for good food and service in the heart of Main St.
Bathroom sink was draining very slow like it was clogged and the floor was very dirty. We arrived late and extremely tired from a long flight and driving 5hours to get here and just wanted to sleep. The bed was comfy and staff was friendly. When we departed in the morning, we mentioned the bathroom conditions to staff there was no apology. We would have liked a consideration and acknowledgement but she wrote a note to advice cleaning crew instead. She thanked us for letting her know and that's it! Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 3
My wife and I were very disappointed with the room and service. The room was NOOOOO where close to the price we were charged for one night. It was easily 50 to 70 dollar a night room, not 300+. Was never told about the gimp basement in the room, it was quite the surprise and there were dirty towels down there so even more sketchy. And the hallway with the light sensor really gave it a Shining atmosphere. Was super sad, I was hoping it was going to be perfect last night on our vacation. I wrote a review on Trip Advisor that was super doctored up, and the owner says that room is worth what we paid. They need to stay in 300 dollar a night rooms somewhere else and see what they look like. As for the Gimp Room in the basement of the room, there is no way that is in demand. The railing was coming off the wall, and it was so musty down there we had to have the fan running to cut the smell down. Besides we were not IN SEASON and it was a FRIDAY night not a Saturday or Sunday. If the other rooms upstairs are better than ok, but room 105 was of flop house quality at best. This was our first visit to the Hotel Frankfort and we were very impressed! It is across the street from the water and you can walk to all shops and restaurants. We stayed in the log cabin room and it is adorable! My husband really enjoyed the in room sauna. The employees were all helpful and attentive. We’re going back next month!
