I took my grandson out for lunch at a subway restaurant for a tasty meal. We arrived around 1 o'clock and found the place to be empty. When I placed our order, I noticed a sign stating that they no longer accepted coupons. When I inquired about this, the staff did not give me a clear answer. What User doesn't like about Subway:
I waited for 8 minutes in the restaurant before I saw an employee, who I overheard talking on the phone. After another 4 minutes, she finally came from her personal phone to take my order. Halfway through, she was back on the phone again. She also had her child with her, who climbed on the counter with the food and then ran out. I was very dissatisfied with this experience. The restaurant is pretty good, not the best, but it's a decent option if you're in a hurry and need something quick.
I paid $16 for bread, and it was burnt. I usually don't have any issues when I order in store, but this was still ridiculous.
They do not accept coupons and their prices have increased, making it harder to justify the cost for the level of convenience provided.
I read the prior reviews as I am sitting here eating my sub, and think it is someone just trying to hurt their business. I am traveling cross country and stopped in this location. The people that other reviewers talk about were VERY nice and polite. Friendly too. The place was as clean as any Subway I have ever been in and the food sub was great.
This is by far the best Subway I've been to in years! In and out fairly quick and the family working there are very friendly people. Hope this one doesn't change.
