Actually, getting rid of the server in this restaurant is a massive improvement. I can't say that I was about most other automated restaurants. the food quality is good and they are useful for the service of what I saw. the prices are still low but less pressure with the self-service. What User doesn't like about Steak N Shake:
I and my sister went in. they no longer have actual people who command. they have kiosks and no one there to help when there is a complication. we tried our order 3-4 times before a manager or someone came and helped us to go through it. every time something messes up, the kiosk would make you do the whole order. that was a terrible experience, eating was good as soon as we got it, but we had to mess with the kiosk f... Great place to eat a bite, and have the best milkshakes in town.
If you want one of the best burgers in Frankfort. Then go to Steak and Shake. Yeah, I said Steak and Shake. For a quick stop to eat a bite, you can't go wrong here.
We visit this restaurant about once a week and are never disappointed. The $4 Burger and Shake deal is a great value. Highly recommended! Also, we tried the fries today and they were different but really good. We hope this change sticks around!
The young man who took my order and served me was incredibly polite, friendly, and efficient! The food was fresh and piping hot!
The service was quick and efficient. The food was hot and delicious. The staff at the drive-thru even offered to give us some treats for our dogs. Our furry companions also seemed to enjoy the experience.
