I enjoy every meal here but cashier seems to have an attitude alot of times. I still eat here and enjoy the food but she needs to lose attitude. Customers need a smile View all feedback.
What Renee Ruano doesn't like about Mickey's Gyros:
What a huge disappointment! I ordered the chicken gyro and it was thin sliced gyro lunch meat that seemed to be microwaved!! Not even close to a real gyro! It was so bad that I wouldn’t even feed it to a dog! What at a waste of $9.00. Never going back! View all feedback.
Food was fair. Atmosphere blah. First and last time here.
Well, all I had was the cheese curds, but they were amazing

Completely disgusting. Ordered italian beef sandwich with sweet peppers, what i got was roast beef lunchmeat with sliced green peppers (which is not sweet peppers) on bread. Mozz sticks werent cooked, still cold inside. To top it off, it was expensive! $15 for the sandwich and another $10 for the mozz sticks. Will never go back. Would give zero stars if i could.
Sigh. I can not stand when people go to social media to complain, and from my past reviews, it isn't something I do. HOWEVER, even if you ask about some confusion with an order and are answered with not even an apology, there is a need to address. We have come to Mickey's countless times over the years with no major issues or concerns. A lost sauce or missing feta, but nothing crazy. This last time we ordered a few weeks ago was a concern. Yes, people should have a cooling off period before addressing it. Sadly, that will be the last time heading there. I understand that there is human error in anything we do. We then try to make adjustments and changes. Our order was missing a soup. Upon arriving home, my husband scooted out to grab it. No apology was made, not a comment about it being forgotten. Nothing. Ok. Fine. An extra trip. Moving on. When he opened his order of wings, those were wrong. Yes, he should have checked the whole order before heading back there. BBQ wings in lieu of Buffalo. When I called to ask if there was a mix-up, the woman said nope. I repeated it back, and he said ok. It is his fault if it is wrong. Weird. He has never ordered a BBQ wing in his life. I explained that they had forgotten the soup, too. Nothing. Not an I'm sorry, not an explanation of crazy kitchen, come back another day for some wings on us...zip. Again, an apology goes a long way, and with not one but TWO chances lost, you have lost our business also. Nothing there is the same as it once was. I can only hope they do better for others. Best of luck to them and to anyone's future orders. It was good while it lasted.
