They need more help. Fries were awful. There was a order taker there when we walked in, he walked off said be a minute was gone a lot longer they were so busy no one else could help. But the man should not have walked off. No one even knew where he was. I heard them ask each other. View all feedback.
What Sylvia Petry doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
-Terrible customer service. -Bought a Quarter pounder with red meat inside but was told not to worry, bc it wasn't real meat I wouldn't get sick. -Pd xtra for tarter or other sauces. -No military, senior or any type of discount. -I live on a fixed income so it's a treat if I get to eat out. -I used to LOVE McDonald's when you were greeted, thanked even got change back. -Other fast food chains Do give discounts and don't make you feel like a burden.
Ordered a single drink in the lobby at the kiosk because nobody was at the counter. Waited. 15 minutes for a cup. Multiple people were in for door dash orders and kept trying to get the workers' attention and they'd always say it was somebody else's job.
This is by far THE worst McDonalds on the planet. My order is never right my food is never hot and the workers are always rude. They have literally 1 worker that tries to satisfy customers but when she isn't there the place is a trainwreck.i hope they shut this one down soon because they sure do need to. It's like this every single day and night and has been for quite a while now. I remember when it was actually a good location but that's long gone and now we are left with this junky place. Sad.
Went with my Daughter and Grandson. Great hot food. Clean facilities.
They did a good job tonight. Spot on. Let's keep it that way guys and gals.
Hey kerac here, had just got a good workout in over at the fitness 4 life place. So I went over to the McDonald's to grab some grub before heading back to the motel. Well I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese it was good, and the fries were excellent as always. Any way I get my order and I was so hungry I tore the bag open as some people do. Get in to chowing on my half pound burger like it's my last supper. Then overheard the most disrespectful and unprofessional comment ever. Some guy named Michael that's in his mid 30s I'd say was mocking me for ripping open the bag.that was egregiously stupid and plain uncalled for! especially from your restaurant staff. I wanted to jump over the counter and take some teeth home with me! instead I just politely asked for his name cause this slob can't even wear a name tag! I except better even after being nothing but respectful, and professional with the staff!
