Frankfort Pizza

Go pizza with my children until Friday after school. They love it. We are treated very well. Thank you.

The staff was great and so friendly and answered all of our questions that we had since this was our first time. The pizza was good but I will have to say the dessert pizza with my favorite! You definitely want to save room for that

Lovely pizza place that's been rooted in my hometown for sometime now. Food is great always. Nice owners and a never miss price on all food and drinks.

So overall I've usually always had a great experience with Frankfort Pizza and had usually always used them as the first place to call for pizza here in Frankfort so tonight I got a pizza brought it back home, opened the box, and come out was an overpowering smell ? of like an old dirty dish rag, something sour, couldn't even attempt to take a bite because of the smell. So I called them up was very polite And asked if they had changed anything on there pizza because there was obviously something wrong with mine , they were going to replace it ok that's great, but then after about 10 mins call me back and says because they haven't had any other complaints, they were not replacing the pizza or giving me the money back bc they checked all of their ingredients and they are good. I took the pizza back to them and all, didn't matter. I'm not saying it'll happen to anyone else but if it does beware bc the old lady running the place is very nasty, very rude and extremely poor customer service. absolutely horrible
