Dorsey Snack Shop - Frankfort

I had an issue with a food item that I got from them several days ago, but when I talked to them about it today, they refunded me without me even asking for a refund! We are blessed to have them. (Their burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, and Philly ... cheesechickens?... are pretty good, too ; .

I agree with the previous review the customer service is horrible. They used to have a really nice man working there. I started getting doordash if I forget my lunch.

Absolutely horrible service, ALWAYS rude- never ever acts like they even want to be there. Everyone should stop spending money here.

This place was SO good, like I'm hooked after only one visit! The staff was so wonderful, the young lady who greeted me was a pleasure.

I usually get breakfast but if I miss it, I get some of their amazing food for lunch. Asian Wednesday is FIRE. The sweet Thai chili chicken they have is so good. I love how convenient and fast it is!
