this place had annoyed me first, they delivered a burned pizza, we tried to go in the night and keep it firm that they were closed. the coworker had a job first, but the next day the manager made it more than right, without asking. that's the first and only time I saw this. they're doing the whole thing good. this is still my favorite in the city. I did not order Dominos during the pandemic, but before Covid I found the Grandview Dr-Shop consistently professional, fast, polite and accurate. That was my way to the food source.
I love the Dominos in Frankfort, Ky. On Grandview dr. Great pizza, pasta, bread, and sandwiches. Delivery sometimes takes for ever due to a lack of drivers but great food and good people.
I ordered the special chicken with bacon and tomatoes. Amazing every time. Thank you for such fast options that sooooooo taste good. It is nice to know that I can still pick up options and touch less delivery options until everything is normal again.
I ordered online tonight. Everything was cold, wings had absolutely no sauce on them. I called and told them what I thought. I wasn't the nicest person as I cooked for a life and would never let it happen. The pizza had to be literally scraped off the box. It took about 45 minutes to get my new order. Replacement was on site. Everything was great. Mostly the letter to apologise to the manager with whom I was absolutely rude. Would have been great for the first time, but you did it right. I still command you.
Was always one of my favorite Piazza place and no matter what city I go to when there is a domino, they will always be my first choice.
