What Chris Mcqueary doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Waited 25min to be greeted after being seated. Waitress took order. Someone else brought drinks. Waited another 20min for food. A different waiter brought the food. Most of it was cold. Was never asked for refills. Never saw the original waitress until she brought the check. Only 1 side of the restaurant was open so it wasn't super busy. Horrible sad experience View all feedback.

Great place to stop at. Waitress was great. Food was great.
Possibly the worst service I’ve ever received. Sat for 15 minutes asked for a menu when I walked in the door. Never came so I just left. Unreal.
My visit was pretty standard. The only thing that I noticed was that there weren't enough servers. Seemed to take a long time for my food after the seating wait time. Other than that the food was amazing. I had ribs and brisket casadelas. They were amazing. My date had a 6oz. stake and loaded mashed potatoes. Everyone were extremely friendly. For those picky soda peeps like myself, they have a very limited selection. Lots of alcoholic drinks thoughWheelchair accessibility: Multiple wheel chair access onto the sideways around the building and very spacious doors for entry as well
