Brisket sandwhich on Texas toast was tender and juicy. The housemade potato chips were light, crispy and not over-salted. Best coleslaw I've had in quite a while.

It was my first time here, and I ordered the half slab dinner with spicy sauce, baked beans, and cheesy mac and cheese. Although I initially thought it was a bit expensive, the portion size was generous and I was able to split it into two meals which made the price reasonable. To my surprise, they also included a small portion of dessert and cornbread, both of which were delicious. I'm not sure if this was because it was my first visit or if it's a standard inclusion, but it was a pleasant surprise. The ribs were excellent and easily came off the bone, the baked beans had a nice smokey flavor, and the cornbread was possibly the best I've ever had. I would definitely recommend trying this place out and I plan on returning to try their sweet and smokey sauces.
