Fantastic service from our server - Manuel - very good explanation on wines offered, type of food (Baja-Yucatan fusion cuisine). Food was outstanding, special mention to Carnitas de Atún. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Latitud 32:
We have been to Latitud 32 multiple times and find it to be very inconsistent. You can leave feeling you just ate at a world class restaurant or totally dissatisfied. I always suggest giving a business a second look. We will be back because we know how good they can be. I would give 5 stars on the good nights. View all feedback.
Amazing service. fantastic view. great brunch food and a sweet cat to keep her company. can't ask for more. Ask for cesar!
Based on the attention that Jahaziel gave us, everything was raised. we have made the complete tasting menu with wine and it was a delicious
First class service, fantastic food. The staff took very good care of us. The clam chowder was one of the best that I have had and the fillet angus maya was unbelievable. It included fresh roasted vegetables over mash potatoes Thanks for the memories. We’ll...be back with friends
The service was amazing and our server Cesar was hilarious and very kind. The food was delicious and the environment was perfect!
I routinely search trip advisor and yelp to seek out the best places to visit and eat when traveling. This time when visiting Valle De Guadalupe Valley Wine Country just east of Ensenada I picked out two places that I thought would provide exceptionally good meals while visiting beautiful wineries. The first one was exceptional and everything we hoped for. The second day we visited El Cielo Winery with plans to eat a late lunch at Latitude 32. When we walked into their reception area we noticed the doors to the restaurant were closed. When we pushed them open the man inside told us the restaurant wasn't open until 1:30 p.m. it was actually nearly 2:00 p.m??? When we pointed this out we were led to a table on the patio. We had two glasses of wine on the advice of our waiter that were very good. We then had an appetizer of beets and apple. Again, very good. We then had a mixed salad--also good. However, when our entrees arrived my husbands looked very good (pork belly tacos) but my pork dish looked like a big pile of dried out meat. It was served with a small bowl of black beans and some tortillas. I tasted the meat which resembled straw. I tried putting it in a tortilla with some beans and salsa but it had practically no flavor and was incredibly dry. With great disappointment, I called the waiter over and told him that I was very unhappy with my entree. I told them I did not want it and would instead order something else. That's when things went from bad to worse. The waiter disappeared and returned very shortly telling me the cooks didn't care if I didn't like it, they would still be charging me for the entree. WTH? The waiter said because I would be charged, did they want me to wrap it up to go? WTH??? Why would I want something so awful that I wanted to take it with me? I do not make it a habit of complaining about food unless it is pretty bad. But to have a restaurant refuse to acknowledge the poor quality of their food and demand payment was beyond belief to me. My husband was very upset and told them so. To their credit they eventually took the charge off our bill and did not ask us to pay for it the unacceptable entree. Naturally we paid for everything else we ate. But the entire experience left a horrible taste in my mouth and mind (NPI). I strongly suggest others find another restaurant and winery when visiting Guadulupe Valley. There are FAR better places to eat with FAR better service. Who cares what the wine tastes like when treated so disrespectfully?
