Excellent pulled pork sandwich! The staff is friendly and takes time to make sure the experience here is a great one! I look forward to returning to sample more of their menu items.

While the menu selections and descriptions sound very pleasing, the actual product left something to be desired. There is another BBQ option in town which is far more desirable. Probably wont go back.

I had ribs slaw and potato salad. Delicious real smoke flavor! Nice atmosphere and very nice waitstaff!! So many things left to try...

The slider sampler was really good! The corn bread was a bit dry and could have used a pad of butter. I had a bowl of chili and was surprised of the smoke taste. I asked about it and was told they grind up the burnt ends and add that to the chili. I would have rather just ate some burnt ends, but it does work in the chili. The mac cheese was cooked just right and had a good taste but I had to much of the other items to enjoy it). I will return and try other items on the menu. The place is attached to a gas station and is on the small side. If you need to use the restroom both the resturant and the gas station share it. I suggest you give it a try if your heading up to the Green bay area from the south, the place is just east of I-43 the Francis Creek exit. The staff is friendly and the food came out quickly. UPDATE: they moved to downtown Manitowoc, same menu. If your looking for smoked food this isn't the place. The food is ok and service was fast and friendly.
