Lunch in Spessart on a sunny October Sunday. Wild boar carpaccio and then a super tasty crispy duck with an even better sauce. Mmhhh The homemade sorbet was also great. You can see that Chef Stefan Pumm is in his kitchen with a lot of love and heart, and he has already gained world-wide experience, which he is very well immersed in his regional and international dishes. His wife Anja also gave us the feeling of being a guest with them for years, even though we were there for the first time. But we will soon come back to drink another glass of wine and then stay in one of the beautiful hotel rooms.
Very charming, small hotel. Large, clean new rooms and bathrooms. Super delicious breakfast, a 5 star evening menu and very nice and helpful hosts.
