I live just two minutes from this Dunkin' location and previously went out of my way to avoid it due to its poor service. However, with the new management in place, everything has changed for the better. This has become my favorite Dunkin'. The staff is friendly and attentive, even remembering my name. Every meal and drink I order is excellent. My puppy enjoys it there as well! View all feedback.

Four people working at the speed/productivity of one person at a normal coffee shop. Not sure why but it takes forever to get even basic orders.Coffee is also inconsistent, which is surprising, given that they’re only pressing buttons.
What one expects from a well managed Dunkin location.
Great that there is an order status screen, but it is not true, said our order was ready way before it was, wasn't even started until after it says it was done. Ignores hot espresso drinks. About 50 iced coffees and coffees that were ordered after us weredone before our one hot espresso drink.
