I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The service was terrible, and it was the worst visit I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. They messed up my order, and when I requested a correction, they were uncooperative.
I hope the employees responsible for this situation face serious consequences, including termination without unemployment benefits and difficulty finding new jobs. It’s also indicative of their service that their phone is currently disconnected. On May 19th at around 11:45 AM, I was next in line, but the employee in front was engaged in an extended conversation with a customer. I was in a rush due to work commitments and had some strong words to express, but they were so engrossed in their discussion that they didn’t even notice. I urge you to take action regarding this issue.
