Lemon, mint, lime taste real, not like artificial flavoring. The salted caramel was incredible! Can’t wait to visit the store in person!

I went here for a chocolate making class which includes a small lesson on how chocolate is made, bean to bar tasting, decorating, and making our own truffles to... read more I went here for a chocolate making class which includes a small lesson on how chocolate is made, bean to bar tasting, decorating, and making our own truffles to take home! This was a fantastic experience started with sampling some of their popular flavors. All were wonderful and we got to sample as Pam, the co owner, explained what was in each truffle. We then went with Rick to start making the ganache. You can tell he was very passionate about his work as he thoroughly told us about chocolate and how it needs to be mixed just right and at the right temperature to give you that experience of it melting perfectly in your mouth. Once that was setting up we learned how chocolate is made from David, the co owner. Again, the passion and love for what he does shows in his excitement in his presentation. Once we finished our truffles with flavoring salt or spices, we packaged them up and took them home! Thank you all at Chocolate Therapy for leading this fantastic event!

The chocolate was very tasteful! I’ll be back again when I’m in the Framingham area! I highly recommend Chocolate Therapy! Support your local businesses!
