I went with my wife to dinner and between conversations, we didn't realize it but it took more than 1 hour for us to be served, we realized that more than 1 hour had already passed and nothing, bad attention even from the manager who realized , I do not recommend it Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.

It is a good place, the food was good and the service from the staff was good, the only thing is the parking lot where that square is is very dark and scary at night, but it is something external to them Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: MX$100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Papas Cristcut
I hadn't been to one of these restaurants in years, but since I have good memories of other branches, I decided to go with my mother and my niece to eat. We ordered broccoli cream and poblana chile cream. The chili one had good flavor, it was warm but eatable. But the broccoli cream, my mother ate 1/3 because she was very hungry but she told me it was very cold, I tried it and it was actually FREEZING, you could even feel little pieces of broccoli with ice. When we made the comment to the waitress they offered us another cream or another dish but we had already eaten 1/3 of the cream and the rest of the food had arrived so we told them it was not necessary. We ordered flank steak tacos, the tortilla was a little hard and almost cold, we also ordered the dish which is crisscut potatoes with chicken strips bathed in cheese and buffalo sauce, the food was still a little cold, I think the only thing that was not cold was the burger and fries from the kids menu (my niece finished her burger so I guess it tasted good). We were two adults and a girl and they left us only a napkin, a knife and a fork, I grabbed the ones that had been placed on the next table minutes before, and asked for others. I think it was distraction on the part of the waiters, because they were actually quite friendly. Maybe I'd give it a second chance, I don't know.
Honestly great food at a great price and in great portions, can't go wrong Also the refill fruit water is delicious Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: MX$200–300 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
The waiters lack a lot of service, more training so that they are aware of the diners, but that is if they ask for the tip. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: MX$100–200 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
