Xscape

This place is fairly new and is tucked away on the road south through Tulum. It's modern in design cement floors etc but has whimsical touches that make it warm and inviting. It is spotlessly clean and the grounds are impeccably manicured. It's close to everything shops restaurants and approximately 10 minutes drive to the beach. The rooms and bathroom are spacious with kitchenette and table and chairs. No TV (not missed) free fast WiFi and daily maid service . We had the top room which came with a huge balcony overlooking the pool. I think all the rooms have this view. Walls are thick so don't hear our neighbour's and the patio glass door blocks out the night sounds of the neighborhood. Pool is clean and well maintained and the water was refeshingly warm after a long hot day at the ruins. No breakfast or bar but that's a short distance up the road when you want either. I guess with kitchen provided the owners didn't see the point. Will definitely stay here again. Bed a little hard but still gets 5 stars.

One of the best hotels I've ever been!!very big rooms with such a beautiful design and so clean!!a really big balcony with great view to the pool and garden!!all the stuff was so nice and really helpful..Lydia and Africa are my favourite!!I already missed them.. you should try the breakfast soo delicious and really cheap!!xscape is totally value for money

I loved my stay! My room was great, the location was great! I loved that I could walk to the collectivo stops get some awesome tacos and shop.

Such a beautiful hotel! Well kept grounds, spacious rooms and the friendliest staff around. The location was just slightly off the beaten path, which keeps the keeps noise pollution down, but still conveniently close to great restaurants and shopping. Make sure to check out the cafe, Casali Tulum, by the pool and say hello to Lidia and her puppy, Africa!

Qualche anno fa siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura e siamo stati benissimo. personale accogliente, professionale e molto molto disponibile. Camere belle, pulitissime e arredate con gusto. Zona centrale, ma fuori dal caos e dal traffico. Tutto perfetto. Lo consiglio. Vedo con gioia che la struttura sta diventando sempre più bella! complimenti! laura
