Most of their production is vegan, please ask which pastries are suitable as some other egg can contain. We prefer a small tray for removing, with chocolate and pistachio cream minits, risole with jam or chocolate, and baci di dama (sweet of the lady), another typical biscuit from Piedmont. Very friendly lady, highly recommended.
