These were the best Dunkin' locations I have ever visited. They have been newly renovated and are very welcoming and comfortable for dining. They offer Wi-Fi and workspaces that are perfect for mobile workers. The selection of coffee bags was excellent, and the customer service was both professional and friendly. Coming from Rhode Island, I would definitely make a detour to visit, especially if I were going to Patriots Place. I even did some work on my clothing brand while I was there! I'm back!
The coffee here is absolutely delicious! This is my favorite spot to visit. The prices are fantastic, and I love the points system they have in place.
Only one star lost. The amount of butter that was put on was outrageous lol I was not able to eat it. I guess for the future I will ask for lighter amount of butter. Not being rude. Just a heads up for other people.
We arrived at the drive through to wait in an empty line. They took a while so I went ahead and made a call to the nearby pizza and made an order. There was an attitude from the Dunkin employee for doing this, and they took extra long to serve us. The coffee we ordered came out to be watered down and the company with me did not like the flavor at all yet are not willing to have me walk in due to fear of the service we had experienced.This 1 star is for the dude at the register playing with my order.
We ordered 4 items and a coffee. We only got one item correct (a donut because it was handed to me) the other 3 items were not even close to what we ordered. I’m assuming the incorrect bag was grabbed. Pay attention people…pay attention.
