Dunkin' - Foxborough

I indicated on the side of the cup how much milk I needed when I ordered a big hot coffee with hazelnuts. I requested for half a cup of milk, but they added less and it wasn't hazelnut. They completely blew it off!!!!!

I frequently visit this DD, and they always get my order right (which isn't the case at many of the Dunk's I've been to , they're always kind (who even asks how your day is going at the drive-through these days? , and they're quick. When I see a huge queue, I don't even think twice because they move quickly through the orders, getting my order and allowing me to return to my hectic schedule in no time. I appreciate all of the wonderful staff members for their hard work!

Staff members are helpful and friendly. Though epidemic years have reduced hours everywhere, hours may be longer. (The other location in town has a 24-hour drive-through, but it prevents you from seeing what's left.

Zero stars if possible. They send you on your way with missing items all the time. They also frequently say they have no food, just drinks because the oven is down. I have driven home to find missing hash browns so many times. Shame on me for not checking the bag. I have learned my lesson and just won't go here again.
