Well, she was very busy cooking, all by herself! So it took a while before everyone was served thier 1st drink, Like 10-15mins. That is what it is.. but it was so HOT in there! it was a warm day) And smelled like cooking oil. A lot of people eating, so I would assume food is good? View all feedback.
The chef was incredibly busy cooking all on her own, which caused a delay in getting everyone their first drinks—about 10 to 15 minutes. That's understandable, but it was quite warm in there, especially since it was a hot day, and the smell of cooking oil was quite noticeable. There were many diners, so I assume the food must be good!
The experience was disappointing. The haddock was decent, but the coleslaw had an off-putting fishy taste. The fries were enjoyable, however.
The place could use a good cleaning but the staff is very friendly, the food is good, and the prices are very reasonable. If you go for fish, I recommend paying extra for the all you can eat dinner. It's delicious!!!
Beautiful old fashioned bar with yummy food and great service. Small town feel. Can tell who are the regulars. Definitely will be making another trip here.
Quiet, nothing fancy (and I'm not complaining). Food was tasty.
