Booked for 3 nights and told the morning after my brothers memorial there was a mistake they’d booked our room to someone else so rather then telling the other couple they had to find alternative accommodation.. We had to leave. Waitresses really moody and serve from them was terrible, was served English breakfast then served Cornflakes! We had a great meal but it was freezing cold and asked for candle for heat!

Lovely meal and garden so relaxing, staff know how to make you feel special

No manager around so had to wait 2 hrs for someone to arrive then still told we had to vacate room, I was so upset left in tears ?
Excellent service, delicious food , beautiful location. Large outside garden
