Reviews summary
Phat Willy’s Diner in Fowler, CO, is a culinary treasure that promises generous portions and hearty flavors. Patrons rave about the mouthwatering burgers, chicken fried options, and the delightful breakfast offerings, complete with a fun atmosphere thanks to the lively staff. However, inconsistencies in employee sanitation practices and a few service hiccups have raised concerns. Despite this, the welcoming ambiance and personal touches from the owner create a community feel, making it a destination worth revisiting. Open Thursday through Sunday, Phat Willy’s combines delicious homemade food with a warm, family-oriented service.

Last Saturday, while heading to our son's high school football game, we discovered this delightful spot. Aubrey serves the most mouthwatering burgers! They are generously topped with cheese and bacon and nestled in a perfectly toasted buttery bun. After devouring our meals, we found ourselves in blissful food coma, lingering in our booth for quite some time. Not only does Aubrey create incredible burgers, but she also exudes warmth and hospitality. We also had the pleasure of meeting Nikki and her adorable daughter, who were equally kind and welcoming, embracing our unique family dynamic. Thank you all for the fantastic food and genuine hospitality. Whenever we can, we will definitely reroute our GPS through Fowler, CO, just to enjoy another meal with these wonderful ladies at PHAT WILLY'S. We hope to see you all again soon! Best wishes, - The Risser Family.

Overall good food and good portions, just under seasoned so it was a little bland.

The best dining spot in Fowler! The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is delightful, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is wonderful!
The food was excellent, and I highly recommend this place if you find yourself in Fowler. The staff was friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. Don’t judge it without trying it; both the food and service are fantastic. Plus, it’s quite affordable!
The Phat Willie cheeseburger and Musso's Italian sausage sandwich are among the best you'll find anywhere in the country. The staff and ambiance set a standard that all restaurants should aspire to. It's nothing short of a great time filled with good vibes and incredible food.

There's nothing quite like enjoying fresh homemade food, and that's exactly what you'll get here. My husband had the Hot Rod Burger with fries, while I opted for the Patty Melt with fries. As always, he couldn't resist ordering the brownie delight to take home. The only downside is that they're only open from Thursday to Sunday, 11 AM to 8 PM. On Sundays, they offer a special dinner plate, and the green chili is exceptional. The pork roast is incredibly tender and practically melts in your mouth.
