What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
On 6/25, I noticed that one of the two doors at the restaurant was locked. When I brought this up to the staff, they explained that they were short on help. Does that even make sense? I can't help but wonder if the owner is aware of how poorly his employees are running the business. To add insult to injury, I saw one of the cashiers spending more time on the phone than attending to customers. It's like they don't car... View all feedback. I'm not sure if there is new management or not, but my recent experience at Popeyes was the best I've ever had! They have a new menu that looks great compared to other restaurants. The staff was very polite and my chicken sandwich was custom-made and super juicy. They even added real cheese to the mac and cheese - it was delicious!
