Culver’s - Fountain

I went to Culver’s around 9pm on 5/4/24 I ordered deluxe double meal and my order was almost complete except I missing the meat patties ? I called the location and a very nice lady picked up the phone and helped me out and got me a new burger so thank you!!!!

Manager Sarah (I think her name was) was extremely rude to me and her employees !!! Will never return look for better management. So disappointed

Love the Fry's, curds, an cheddar ? cup for dipping. Best snack ever and you get more for the price then you could guess

The only Culver’s that can get your order wrong not once, but twice in the same night. I went back in last night after realizing my food was wrong when I got home. I had no problem driving back to get the correct items, but then I noticed my food was wrong again after getting home the second time. The manager on duty (Sarah) was also not very helpful or contrite regarding the matter. I love Culver’s and worked at one all throughout high school, however, I will not being going back to the one located in Fountain.

Great staff, accidentally lost my phone here one time and a kind person turned it in and the staff picked up when I called it and returned it to me. Have been coming here for years it's my favorite location
