Pickup Stix - Fountain Valley

This place offers exceptional service and delicious meals. One of my favorite places here. The food and drinks arrived quickly and the prices are inexpensive. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food is consistently delicious, and I've never had a complaint. I'm a regular customer. However, I've observed that the staff seems overly enthusiastic about offering extra items. The owner could save $30,000 a year just by cutting back on unnecessary extras. I received chopsticks, hot mustard packs, soy sauce packs, and an abundance of napkins—none of which I asked for and didn't use.

A great addition to my lunch options! They offer a wide variety of lunch specials for under $10, and the portions are generous. The Mongolian beef is quite tasty, though I wasn’t particularly fond of the garlic shrimp. The potstickers are also notably large. Service is quick and friendly, and the restaurant is kept clean. I will definitely return next time I’m in the mood for Chinese food!

A few months ago, I visited this restaurant to pick up an online order, but when I got home, I found that some items were missing from my bag. I called them immediately, and they kindly arranged for me to return to the store. Today, I came back for dinner and mentioned the previous incident. The staff is new, along with a new manager, and they were unable to locate my previous order. I was initially hoping to pay without any credit, but the new manager approached me, took care of the issue personally, and honored my previous credit. She was very sweet and friendly. Based on the excellent service I received from the new staff, I will definitely return to this restaurant. Keep up the great customer service!
