Boba Junkie Fountain Valley

They gave me a drink with chunky milk and I asked them to remake it. when he remade it he gave me another drink with just slightly less chunks in the milk. I asked for a refund at this point and they said it would take 2-3 business days. after I waited that time and called them again asking about the refund. they then said they would handle it and call me back. then they never called me back. it's incredibly saddening that they never felt like handling such a simple issue but instead just ignored me multiple times and just took my money. almost 10 dollars for nothing.

Coffee was good, had to find a place that was open late and had an atmosphere that wasn't too quiet.

Milk alternatives available and the caffeine free drinks are clearly marked on the menu.

My daughter and I came here after a trip to the beach. It was incredibly clean and loved the decorations on the walls. The Boba we ordered was delicious. The iced coffee I got hit the spot. Fast and friendly service with a relaxing vibe that i enjoyed.

Enjoyed the matcha latte with boba but the music was so loud that I could barely hear myself think. I used to work at a boba place and even their music was at an acceptable level. If you want to go there to study, I suggest going somewhere else and a place where the employees aren't crocheting in the corner and turning up the music so they can have a dance party.
