Banh Khot Vung Tau - Fountain Valley

The restaurant very small, you need to wait to eat, banh khot very crispy, their fish sause is good, i only ordered banh khot. i love their food but the place need upgrade for bigger.

The banh khot was crunchy n mild in flavor. The shredded papaya n the fish sauce goes well with the banh khot.The bot chien had a slight taro flavor, definitely different...The fermented chilies provided at the table was super spicy.

Of the various hole in the walls, this restaurant specializes in what's in the title, Banh Khot. The Bánh Khot was crispy and delicious. It definitely was crowded and the food came out fairly fast. Will come again to try the other dishes and hopefully get a table pretty quickly.

Came here for lunch, it was 12.30pm , line. Waited for 15 minutes to get in , there are 6 small tables , it explains why is the line for lunch. I do not mind for a different taste of lunch. Order 8 banh knot plate for 11dollarrs and a glass of Chanh day for 4 dollars . Banh knot were crunchy with a lot of lettuce and mints. Satisfied lunch. I gave a good solid 5 stars

Small place but there's a waiting list then you know it must be good. Nice staffs, and reasonable price.
