What Mike Fox doesn't like about Lorenzo's Pizza:
My family orders from Lorenzo’s frequently. Food is fantastic. I would give five stars here but we ordered recently for take out from Slice App, there wasn’t a dine-in option. So, we kindly requested if we could eat in the restaurant, and that’s when we were told coldly by the cashier up front: “No, you have to take it out”. This is the 3rd time ordering from this place will be the last.. 1st was good , so decided to order a 2nd time 2 out of 4 pizzas were messed up missing toppings, 3rd time decided to give them the benefit of doubt hoping to get the same quality of the 1st time ....What a mistake the cheese pepperoni was laying on the side of the box, the calamari was not fresh (tasted Freezer burned) the italian grinder was burnt bread tasted like charcoal. My family will not be ordering from Lorenzo's again
Good pizza, great staff! Very friendly and accommodating. Nice place
I have two special needs children and the older child ended up having a meltdown outside of the store, when we told him we weren’t allowed to dine in. I don’t think that was good customer service but other times, we’ve had better customer service.
This place needs to just lock their doors at 8 PM SHARP if they aren 't willing to serve a few minutes after 8 PM!!! Ate here a handful of times, this time a review was warranted. They state they close at 9 PM on Fridays, but we never even got a chance to order. Walked 10 minutes to get to the place, got there at 8:08 PM and the doors were open, we walked in BUT as soon as we (2 females) walked in, the girl sweeping briefly looked at us and said can I help you, I replied let me look at a menu quick. She immediately replied, we 're not taking anymore orders unless you called in advance, however didn 't give us a reason as to why (without even knowing what we would order). It was disappointing as we were just planning to order a quick bite to take home and not even sit in the restaurant (there were 2 families eating inside at the time) one male employee was chatting with a family sitting down and the other employee (female) was sweeping the floor when we walked in, not busy at all. Both of us looked at each other and thought the same thing, she was short and rude with us, at this point we decided not to ever go back again, and we love to support local family owned businesses BUT a minute after walking out I called in to see if I could order the 2 things we originally wanted and the phone will not even be answered, so much for trying to support a family owned business should 've just called Domino 's to deliver or any of the other 5+ local spots around, but chose to take a little walk to the nearest local spot rather than drive or get delivery and hence this. So I 'll just never support this business again. I worked at a restaurant that closed at 3am Fridays and Saturdays, it doesn 't matter what kind of restaurant it was, as long as you are in that door before Closing time 3am, you were going to get served, (granted we had the food) and if we ran out of something, which happens all the time with restaurants, we 'd simply apologize for what we didn 't have, most people order something else, very few would walk out. Word of mouth travels fast in a small town, so some business will be lost, but they probably won 't care, so here 's the review of my the customer service there! If you close at 9 pm why would you not serve 2 customers walking in with 50 minutes to make food, it 's a pizza+ restaurant not a fine dining establishment.
We absolutely love Lorenzo's! Found them on the slice app and never looked back! Our last order, we got half trays of penne vodka and sausage and peppers, along with Italian and turkey sandwiches. Everyone was obsessed with the food- it was delish! Highly recommend!
