a small crêperie recommended by the hotel manager where we stayed. very nice setting at the level of the ramparts and correct reception. the cakes and pancakes are really very good and copyy, very well garnished. View all feedback.
What Marcos Aguilar doesn't like about CREPERIE LA DUCHESSE D ANNE:
just outside the lock that is brilliant, and so very comfortable. just straight crepes and galettes, a few other choices. good enough, not fantastic. comfortable View all feedback.
Very convenient location, but obviously oriented for tourist. we had bavette de boeuf, which was called tender, but was actually unusable. a mountain of chips came with it. when we told the owner how poor it was, they just shoved their shoulders....Waiting staff very helpful.
Informal eating (we sat outside) and attentive staff. as the name already says, it's mainly crepe and galettes, but they were delicious. will be coming back
During a busy lunchtime the service was still efficient, eating was good. reasonably favorable right before the closed it was a great selection at the venue
The food was good however the service was a little slow. Would hate to go at busy times of year. I don't think they would cope at all when full to capacity. Staff a little lax at follow on service.
We have eaten here on a few occasions and found the staff pleasant and the food reasonable.Obviously because of its location there is a great demand for tables but we have found that although sometimes there is a bit of a wait it is worth...it because the food is worth waiting for.
