I tried Tai Wu for the first time and had mixed experiences. I enjoyed the Sautéed Prawns and Scallops; however, I think they should have been served in a box with trimmed corners to keep the snow peas crispy and fresh, as mine quickly became soggy. I tried Tai Wu for the first time and had mixed experiences. I enjoyed the Sautéed Prawns and Scallops; however, I think they should have been served in a box with trimmed corners to keep the snow peas crispy and fresh, as mine quickly became soggy. The Stir-Fried Rice Vermicelli with Dried Shrimp and Pork was quite good. The dried shrimp had a rich, concentrated flavor that was enjoyable, and the noodles were well-cooked, not too dry. The BBQ Pork was tasty and flavorful without being overly fatty. The Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings are a favorite of mine, and these had an interesting crust that I really liked. I plan to return to try more dishes and can definitely recommend it.
This restaurant is incredible! They really pay attention to the small details. I've only ordered a couple of times, but they've always gone above and beyond to offer those little extras.
I didn't enjoy the soup; it was quite bland and lacked flavor.
