The staff, mainly composed by young boys is gruesome, rude and disrespectful. The place is really dirty (do not enter the toilets! , very little cared for. Ice cream is nothing but good but not to exalt it. Don't go! !

We stayed in this ice cream shop and reading the previous reviews I was a little titubante. In fact I touched with hand the poor professionalism and kindness not so much of the staff (gentle and courteous) but of the owners who to a remonstration on an ice cream with tastes never required regarding the ordered one we have been answered the ice cream is ice cream !!! Without worrying about why the misunderstanding happened. I'm sure I won't come back and I also understand the other negative reviews.

What do you mean? Ice cream 365 days a year always very good!! You will find the usual 90-year-old cups, melba cup, drowned, eat and drink but ice cream is worth it! !

Middle ice cream, bad service. I was in this ice cream shop in August, on a weekday, alone. I sat at a coffee table outside very few customers present and I was ignored by the waiters. One of the tables was spinning (pulendoli? and he didn't consider me. Another continued chatting with friends sitting at a table. From the inside I was perfectly visible from the other waiters but they kept ignoring me for over 20 minutes. Since they needed takeaway ice creams, I gave up being served at the table and went to the outside counter to buy a cone. I had to wait more than 5 minutes for one of the waiters who wandered deserved to serve me an ice cream cone. The maleducation of the staff of this cream shop is unforgettable: the ice cream instead had nothing to be remembered. In fact! Obviously one person is not worthy of the services of this place. Of course I will never come back but of this terrible experience I will speak to all those I know.

Very good ice cream, always a timeless classic. Beautiful location, in front of the sanctuary of secession very quiet and peaceful. It's a tradition to go.
