You go down a floor and are greeted by a vault filled... read more I'm slowly getting to know Fossano. Wandering through the narrow streets, I stumbled upon this restaurant. You go down a floor and are greeted by a vault filled with every wonder, wines and champagnes of every kind. The restaurant is beautiful, with its ancient vaults and wooden beams. The food and pairings are sublime, and the service is impeccable. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.
