What paolobike doesn't like about Il Sorriso Di Venere:
The place has a lovely location but very little clean outside. I asked for an ashtray and I had to go find it in the tables. After paying 4 coffee and a bottle of water 8.50 we waited 20 Min before reminding the waitresss of our order ..... seen that they had forgotten . Given the price I would have expected a high treatment . View all feedback.
The only positive note is the location, it is the only place in front of the Abbey. For the rest it is all mediocre, the ice cream is passable but the prices to the stars and disproportionate for the place. Surely I won't be back.
Aperitivo anni 70, including the vintage of pizza production, with olives and peanuts SENZA PATATINE because they were already finished at 20:30! SERVICES We sat in 9 and didn't even clean the table when finally they brought us to drink the ordination we made ourselves after an hour because no one came) Figure of m....a with the relatives I brought us
Unforgettable evening! Bar with cheerful and youthful staff, evening in front of a natural show with sea view honest prices and excellent quality! !
After the visit to the Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere we stopped at the Smile of Venus for an aperitif. We ordered 2 spritz and 2 aperitif cutters. Spritz arrived immediately, cutters after 35 minutes and two pickles at the waitress. Poor, slow and disorganized service, dirty tables. For apologies, they brought us a water jug with ice and lemon. We will no longer return for the little quality of the products served. Prices above average.
Beautiful location, managed by very nice guys, but who have no idea what it means to work. We waited two hours to have a mediocre pizza (it looked more like a mediocre pinsa in fact. The restaurant was semi-empty (on August 17th!) and in two hours they will have baked up to 10 pizzas. Only positive note is that the outdoor area is very extensive and totally disrespectful waiters, caught more by the chatter with the passing friend than by the customer (one even ate himself a piece of pizza while serving so you could quietly go away in the dark without paying. Average prices.
