After a hiccup in camping, we arrived after a long day around 8 pm. Thankfully there’s somebody working the front desk, as I can’t make calls. Receptionist sold me on the package including the nearby pool. (I have two kids, it was amazing. Like another reviewer said, restaurant recommended the pizzeria across the street for dinner. I was thankful since us grungy campers appeared wildly out of place (not comparing us with other reviewer obviously . Breakfast was terrific. I appreciated the lack of carpets in the room (and blackout curtains . I would advise getting a room facing the water not only for the view but I was awoken by loud car music a couple times throughout the night (Saturday .

This is an excellent place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was the best breakfast buffet I ever had. The bar selection is small but makes the trick. This is the second Thon Hotel where I was and felt like I could trust this brand in Norway.

We booked a room during winter holidays with an entrance to the Sunnmørsbadet. Stay fantastic! The hotel is pet-friendly. The room was finished early so they accused us of checking something earlier. We could leave our dog in the room while we swim. The girls at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was small, but clean. Great view from the window. Dinner was really delicious. Children had a buffet for only 99 NOK. We both had a steak, the perfect medium was made rare. Desserts were the highlight of the dinner! Chocolate fountain was super delicious with a gooey center. The only Wee minus was that it was served with a Sorbet where I would prefer vanilla ice cream. Apple cake was also good. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I saw. They had everything from warm food (5 types of egg shells, bacon, pancakes, waffles, sausages etc. to pastries, good selection of cheese and cold cuts, fruit, great selection of smoothies, bread and desserts. Children loved it! The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. See you next time!

An excellent hotel, near the sea next to the port of the city. Parking is located in the lower part of the hotel directly on the edge of the small port. Breakfast is very rich and includes a variety of everything you can think. Good service, hotel with large and spacious rooms.

The rooms are good, and the breakfast was very good. Asked for a simple Daiquiri no taste at the bar, got something with Mango probably and 50 ml rum for the shaker, only half this shaker got it to mu glass, but
