Beautiful restaurant placed on a small island a short boat trip from Fosnavåg. 5 course dinner with 5 dishes were served. All dishes were tasteful, but all dishes were fish. One meat dish would have been good. It was a lot of food, with generous portions. Maybe too much, as we were pretty stuffed when we took the boat back. Recommended if you like fish View all feedback.

A few weeks after my visit, I want to give a small feedback. The location is unique and so is the whole experience when having dinner here. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they are doing their best to serve the guests. The restaurant was fully booked when I was there. From my point of view, there are two things that I want to point out as improvements: selection of no alcohol drinks timing between last main and dessert As this restaurant is on a small island, you need to come here by boat. As this is rural Norway, you must expect that some of the guests must drink non alcoholic beverages to be able to drive home once you reach mainland. I was very disappointed when the only non alcoholic drinks were still or sparkling water, and soft drinks such as Coca Cola, Fanta etc in addition to Clausthaler and Munkholm. There are so many options for non or low alcohol than this. I was very disappointed. As we booked our dinner with the boat departing at midnight, the kitchen should strive to be more timely with the dessert. This evening we spent quite some time waiting for the dessert, and we had only minutes to gulp it down until it was ready to depart. Shorter wait time between last main and dessert would be nice. All in all a super nice experience. I love the idea of creating venues like this on the most impossible of locations. Good luck for the future!
