The portions here are huge. The food is quite good. The sauce on the eggs benedict was really good and the gravy on the chicken fried steak was excellent. The coffee is good. Latte well done. Decent service. View all feedback.

Nice menu of options for lunch. I choose the Cobb Salad and was not disappointed. Really a nice portions, good Blue Cheese Dressing. I loved having the avodado on it as well as being able to have the crispy chicken. View all feedback.
Best Belgian waffle that I've had in years. Had to try the chicken fried steak for the first time in my life, so it's set the bar, delicious and so crispy. Looking forward to return here the next time I visit Humboldt!
Hot Brew is happiness on a generously filled plate. I have been coming here for over 15 years and every meal has been great. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and a great place to share food with friends and family.
Our weekend go to for breakfast or lunch! Definitely the best spot in Fortuna.
The Hot Mess at Hot Brew Bistro is TOO INCREDIBLE for words…treat yourself to this perfect creation! I suggest ordering it on country potatoes/extra crispy with gravy added. Just look at the video of it SIZZLING!The leftovers are just as delicious later. Stays crisp! Thank you, Cherieand crew.
I went in with my friend. She has only found Hot Brew recently. I told her what little history I knew of the restaurant. And Sherry Anaya filled in the rest! We had such a great time talking with her. Hugs all around!!
