I've recently moved to the mainland, but during my visit home, I've returned to Alchemy twice because I adore it. Their dishes are consistently inventive and delicious, and I can't praise it enough. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Honestly, their Raw Caramel Slice is the best I've ever had—better than any unhealthy version! Their other raw desserts are fantastic as well. If you enjoy healthy, nutritious food, you must visit Alchemy!

There are definitely enough options to make several visits worthwhile, with something new to try each time. The coffee is fantastic, and they offer a variety of alternative milks, plus babyccinos are complimentary! Everything is gluten-free, and the vegan selection is extensive (the cakes are absolutely delicious)! The staff is the friendliest you could imagine, and there's a fantastic playroom for kids! We met a friend there. I am always nervous at new places but we were made welcome. Service was great. Menu was different with a more 'healthy touch ' to them. We enjoyed what we had ordered. We will be going back again for a meal as we only had afternoon tea. We loved the atmosphere. Must comment also on the music. It was at a comfortable sound level and relaxing, soothing sound flowed around us as we talked. Also some really interesting gift products or for yourself, to choose from. ENJOYED.

Food bit pricey but it's divine and once you realize what it is and how it's made and with what it's made it all is worth it. The staff are lovely and so polite. Very friendly and the dining area is so lovely and well designed with awesome art work. Very well worth the stop.
