I visited the drive-thru during the night shift change and had to wait about 10 minutes at the pickup window for my two meals. I didn’t mind the wait too much, hoping it meant I’d get freshly cooked food. The burgers were good, though I thought the 1921 burgers could use a bit more onion. However, the small fries, priced at $2.59 each, were undercooked and cold, and the small Coke, which cost $2.39, was filled with ice. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth it to order again.
This has to be the worst restaurant in the area. Three of us waited in the lobby for more than 20 minutes just to place our orders. After that, I waited another 20 to 30 minutes for my two 1921 burgers and three cheese sliders. The staff completely ignored the customers inside, focusing solely on the drive-thru. I could even see the manager in the back, eating while the customers in front were left waiting. I absolutely do not recommend this place!
I had a craving for the sliders, and they truly hit the spot. The staff is always friendly and understanding, patiently waiting for me to decide what I want. I ordered two double cheese sliders and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and they were served fresh and hot. I also really enjoy their coffee! If the coffee has been sitting for a while, they always ask if I’d like to wait for a fresh pot, which is definitely worth it. I'm really glad they don’t try to serve old coffee.
We really enjoyed the 1921 and regular burgers. Real meat and romaine WOW are a find in a world of bad fast food. We recommend this food for consumption.
