When a customer came in, she aske... read more While we were eating inside, I noticed the worker took out her phone and propped it up on the sandwich-making counter to chat. When a customer came in, she asked them to wait because she was on the phone. This was the worst and rudest customer service I've ever experienced at a Subway, and they should be embarrassed. Additionally, there was no handwashing between touching her phone and handling food, nor any change of gloves.
