I was disappointed with my recent experience at Bob Evans. When I picked up my order and got it home, everything was cold. I called the manager, Robin, to address the issue, but instead of being helpful, she dismissed my concerns and hung up on me. You may not be going there for the food but the service is great and it's a nice atmosphere.
Our waitress was so friendly her smile made our day. I had the pancakes and they were perfect melted in your mouth with a little bit of syrup.
We came here for our Thanksgiving dinner, which was great, however when we finally got seated after waiting a long time, our family got separated into 2 tables, which I was unhappy about giving it was our Thanksgiving dinner, then there were several things they did not have that they should have like ice cream to go on the pie they just didn't have out, and chocolate milk they ran out of amoung a few other things. All together it was a good experience and great food so I shouldn't complain to much.
I ordered a Thanksgiving feast for my aunt and myself, the DoorDash driver never delivered the food. On Thanksgiving morning I called the restaurant and they bent over backwards to make it right. The manager was so awesome and the operations manager delivered the food himself. I am so grateful and impressed at the service I received! The food was delicious! I will never forget the exceptional service I received. Well done Ft. Wright Bob Evans! I will never forget the way you saved the day for me!! Thank you so very much!
