I was disappointed with my recent experience at Bob Evans. When I picked up my order and got it home, everything was cold. I called the manager, Robin, to address the issue, but instead of being helpful, she dismissed my concerns and hung up on me. Our waitress was very nice, friendly and helpful. The cheeseburger was very good!
You may not be going there for the food but the service is great and it's a nice atmosphere.
Our waitress was so friendly her smile made our day. I had the pancakes and they were perfect melted in your mouth with a little bit of syrup.
Always a great meal and delicious dessert.
We came here for our Thanksgiving dinner, which was great, however when we finally got seated after waiting a long time, our family got separated into 2 tables, which I was unhappy about giving it was our Thanksgiving dinner, then there were several things they did not have that they should have like ice cream to go on the pie they just didn't have out, and chocolate milk they ran out of amoung a few other things. All together it was a good experience and great food so I shouldn't complain to much.
